Shipping policy
At NEDA, we are committed to providing a smooth, reliable and premium delivery experience for every order.
1. Shipping destinations
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
At this time, we do not offer shipping to other countries. If a destination becomes unavailable due to carrier restrictions, regulatory limitations, or logistical reasons, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.
2. Order processing time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
3. Shipping times
Estimated delivery time is 3 to 6 business days after the order has been dispatched.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping rates
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping: $6.95
Express Shipping: $15.00
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
5. Shipping carrier
Orders are shipped with YunExpress or its local delivery partners, depending on the destination and final delivery area.
Once the package arrives in the destination country, final delivery may be handled by a local postal service or courier partner.
6. Tracking information
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
7. Customs, duties and taxes
Orders are shipped from China.
For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges may apply depending on the destination country and local regulations.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and remain the responsibility of the customer.
NEDA is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or additional charges requested by local authorities.
8. Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
NEDA cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered to the wrong location due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or lack of collection, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
9. Lost or damaged packages
If your package appears to be lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@....com with your order number and any relevant details.
We will review each situation carefully with the carrier. Depending on the outcome of the investigation, we may offer a replacement shipment or another appropriate solution.
To help us process your request, we may require supporting evidence such as photos of the damaged package, delivery confirmation details, or written confirmation from the carrier.
NEDA reserves the right to refuse a replacement or compensation in cases of suspected abuse, false claims, incorrect shipping information, or where the tracking shows the package was successfully delivered.
10. Cosmetic product shipping
NEDA products are cosmetic products intended for external use only.
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. However, certain delivery areas may be subject to local restrictions, carrier limitations, or customs requirements. If an order cannot be shipped due to such restrictions, we will contact the customer and issue a refund where applicable.
